I’m inspired by people who lead with integrity and purpose, especially those who stay committed to their values even when facing challenges. One person who inspires me is my boss David O’Boyle because of his resilience, leadership, and ability to positively influence others. That kind of dedication reminds me to stay focused on my goals, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully wherever I can.
Most meaningful professional achievement
My most meaningful professional achievement are the lives I was able to save as a police officer prior to taking my journey into occupational health and safety.
Future career goal or aspiration
My goal is to continually expand my knowledge of occupational safety and share that knowledge with others. I aspire to become a Certified Safety Professional and eventually provide consulting services to companies in general industry, helping them create safer and more compliant workplaces.
